Three rules that keep goals owned, truth current, and the answer the same on Monday and Friday.

  1. Name the owner

    Every goal and every gap has one named human accountable. If no one is named, the answer is wrong.

  2. Track the goal, not the document

    Policy was how teams made humans deliver against a goal. The platform now delivers. The goal state is the truth, not the document.

  3. Edit the source, not the answer

    When something changes, change it at the source. Editing the questionnaire by hand keeps you fighting the same answer twice.
