    Every interrupt costs attention. We don't ping unless a human-only decision is waiting. The platform handles the rest.

  2. Send the choice, not the symptom

    When we do ping, the message contains the decision: approve, reject, defer. Not ‘a thing happened, please investigate’.

  3. One ping, no follow-ups

    If the first ping didn't carry the decision, that's our bug. We fix the ping, not retry it.
